Beyond perfect

I just saw a brasserie today that claims to be “beyond perfect”.
How does that work?
I googled it and got 824,000 hits. Is this a new standard that I have missed? Or a bunch of semi-literate people who want to impress gullible and completely illiterate consumers?
Personally, my money is on the latter.
